Rachelle Warren

Dr. Rachelle Warren

Dr. Rachelle Warren is an experienced educator who has devoted her career to developing and impacting students at the classroom, campus and district levels.  She has serviced as a teacher campus principal district director and is current the Assistant Superintendent of Student Services & Support in Waco ISD.  Dr. Warren is passionate about teacher and learning and is an advocate for inclusion and equity create through policy and relevant professional development.

Lindy Lyles

Lindy Lyles is the Director of Social-Emotional Learning in San Angelo ISD. She has 25 years of experience in education in Texas school districts and Education Service Centers. Her passion in education centers around the topics of behavior and the whole child through the multiple tiered systems of supports.

Laura Segers

Laura Segers has been in education for 30 years working as a teacher, counselor, campus, and district administrator. She currently serves as the Executive Director of State and Federal Programs in Round Rock ISD and is responsible for the district's counseling and SEL programs in addition to bilingual/ESL, prekindergarten, homeless/foster care, parenting, ESSA federal grants, and the district's Child Development Centers.
